My Collection of Ex Liverpool's Street Lanterns

I Started collecting The lantern Fittings around 1990...often overlooked within the history of Liverpool, is the Street Lighting., Growing up I was fascinated with the different styles and types, so in the 90s I started collecting them because it was a part of my childhood and a part of Liverpool history which was being taken away....so the mission continues.

Unfortunately I don't have the Classic Street Lanterns such as the Highfield Minor, Wardle Liverpool etc, but I do have some Post 1980's Lighting such as Davis/Eleco, GEC, Philips and Thorn SOX Street Lanterns. and some SON Street Lanterns as found around the Liverpool Area.
